Washington, D.C. - Today's decision is another bad decision in a long road of bad decisions related to the White House office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives. Frankly, this would not have been my first choice for a case against faith based initiatives. Our goal should not be to just bring suit against the office; it should be to shut the office down altogether.

Efforts by this administration to funnel government dollars directly into houses of worship and religious organizations through the Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, endanger both the sanctity of religion and the integrity of government.
